Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to try Kutlava with peace of mind. That is why our paid plans come with an unconditional refund within 30 days of purchase — no reason required. This English text is provided for information; the Turkish version prevails.
1. 30-Day Unconditional Refund
If you bought an Event or Forever plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We issue the refund with no conditions and no reason needed.
2. How to Request a Refund
- 1.Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account.
- 2.Tell us which event or order you want refunded (the event name is enough).
- 3.Once we receive your request, we start the refund and confirm it to you by email.
3. Timing and Method
- Refunds are made through the method payment was taken (Stripe), to the same card/account.
- After we approve your request we start the refund immediately; how long it takes to appear on your card/account depends on your bank and the payment provider, usually a few business days.
- The refund is issued for the amount you paid for the plan.
4. After a Refund
Once the refund is complete, the plan's paid features are disabled and the event reverts to free-plan terms or closes. If you want a backup of your content, we recommend downloading it before requesting the refund.
5. Exceptions
This policy is for good-faith use. We reserve the right to review and decline refund requests where the service is abused, in repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or where fraud is suspected. Free and complimentary (admin-granted free) accounts involve no payment, so no refund applies.
6. Your Legal Rights
This 30-day refund is an additional right granted voluntarily and does not remove your statutory rights as a consumer. For contractual details, see the Distance Sales Agreement.
